Immanuel’s HealthCare

Immanuel’s HealthCare is a skilled nursing home that is owned and operated by Unlimited Faith, Inc., a Not-for-Profit (501©(3) corporation. We provide 24 hour, 7 days a week, medical care, including respite and hospice care. This is a SMOKE FREE facility. This new facility was built in 2004 and commissioned in 2005.

Rooms are clean and have modern-furniture and are color coordinated. Most rooms are double occupancy. A very limited number of private rooms are available. All rooms have individually controlled heating and air conditioning.

Medicaid, Medicare, Private Pay, Veteran Administration, hospice and many insurance payments are accepted. Our Business Manager can assist in discovering if the resident qualifies for Medicaid or Medicare.
